Comhghairdeas to our u10 girls on being selected to represent Doire in the 2024 50th anniversary LGFA all Ireland ‘Go Games’ at GAA head quarters Croke Park.
The girls lined up to play Aghagallon GAC from county Antrim, Corofin from Clare, Charlestown from Mayo and Shamrocks from Waterford.
What an opportunity they were presented with by the LGFA and the girls grabbed it with both hands, superb football on display, no shortage of points or goals scored on the day, brilliant team work and brave tackles on defense, their opponents on the day will have left Croke Park knowing who Doire Trasna are, the girls left their mark on that special ground, memories for life were made and stories to tell that they can be proud of.
These girls represent their club, community and family with pride, great to see the constant support of our parents and family as well, what a day was had by all, some very proud coaches once again ❤️💚
To top it off we unveiled our new Jersey sponsored by SRT electrical, a jersey in memory of baby Emily Taylor to mark her up coming 3rd anniversary. Emily’s sister Faith on the day done her sister proud as always.
Go raibh maith agaibh Seán agus Stiofán. Thank you Shaun and Steven for the jersey’s for the girls. Keep an eye out for that jersey video.
